Four J&J Auto Racing Teams Collect Second Wins

From State of Virginia to Washington State, J&J Auto Racing was represented in victory lane with four different teams over the weekend of May 20-22. Jared Horstman, Josh Weller, Sam Hafertepe, Jr., and Trey Starks all collected their second wins of the season, respectively. 

Hailing from Cloverdale, Ohio, Jared Horstman, won the Run for the Rabbit race with the NRA Sprint Invaders at Limaland Motorsports Park. It was Limaland's second event of the 2022 season. 

Josh Weller, picked up the Untied Racing Club's main event at Winchester Speedway in Winchester Virginia. Weller sits second in URC's points with two wins already under his belt. 

Sunnyvale, Texas' own's Sam Hafertepe, Jr. won the 360 division at the famed Knoxville Raceway in his Hill's Racing No.15H. Hafertepe, Jr. started outside of the front row and was able use the outside groove to shot out to the early lead during the 18-lap feature event.  Sam was able to keep, second place Justin Henderson for most of those 18-laps. A late race yellow changed the game for second and third place but unable to stop Hafertepe. Jr. from taking the checkered flag and collecting his $3,000 payout.

Winning in true fashion, Trey Starks won infront of his hometown crowd on Opening Night of Skagit Speedway. Starting in 24th position, Starks wow's the crowd by advance 23 positions to take the win during the Budweiser 360 division.
