Solid Weekend For Six J&J Auto Racing Teams
It was a solid weekend for six J&J Auto Racing teams as they found their way to victory lane.
For the sixth time in his career, Donny Schatz brought home the National Open trophy from the famed Williams Grove Speedway on Oct 3. Schatz's National Open win brings up his total career World of Outlaw wins to 299, all earned behind the wheel of a J&J Auto Racing Chassis.
For the second year in a row, Derek Hagar kicked off his Short Track Nationals campaign with a bang as he took the checkered flag at I-30 Speedway for Short Track Nationals Perlim Night. As the STN weekend continued, after countless attempts only to settle for second or third finishes, Sam Hafertepe, Jr. finally broke through to capture his first STN Championship.
Bartlett,TN native Ernie Ainsworth was crowned ASCS Mid-South Region Champion for the 2020 season.
