Weller, Clem & Hafertepe, Jr., Score Wins With J&J Auto Racing

J&J Auto Racing teams posted three more “Ws” in the win column over the weekend as they combined for another three triumphs across the Midwest and East Coast.

Tinged with the sudden and tragic loss of long-time winged sprint car competitor and former World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series competitor, Greg Hodnett, the weekend was a somber one for the racing community. J&J Auto Racing extends its thoughts and prayers to the Hodnett and Heffner families, as well as to all of Greg’s friends and fans. #GH27

Josh Weller picked up his third win of the 2018 season at Georgetown (Del.) Speedway in United Racing Club (URC) competition on Friday, Sept. 21.

Tyler Clem bested an always-stout field of United Sprint Car Series (USCS) competitors in an impressive drive to victory lane at his home-track of Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Fla., on Sept. 22. Clem was followed to the line by Nicholas Snyder in fourth, Shane Morgan in fifth and Terry Gray in seventh place.

Sam Hafertepe, Jr., picked up his 11th win of the year in American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) competition at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO on Sept. 22nd to wrap-up a solid weekend for J&J Auto Racing. The win saw Hafertepe, Jr., put his name in the books as the winner of the Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial.
