Fourth Of July Fireworks: J&J Auto Racing Teams Score 19 Wins In Two Weeks

McKENZIE, Tenn. (July 4, 2017) – The summer solstice officially occurred on June 21 and J&J Auto Racing teams turned up the heat accordingly, averaging nearly more than a win a day since the official start of the season. The McKenzie, Tenn., based manufacturer has had numerous reasons to celebrate in the days leading into the Fourth of July holiday. Team J&J Auto Racing has won 19 feature events, collectively, since the first day of summer.

“The amount of hard work, tradition and pride that goes into each J&J Auto Racing chassis that comes out of our shop is matched only by that of the teams that compete with our products,” said Jack Elam, founder of J&J Auto Racing. “The amount of dedication it takes to be competitive in sprint car racing is unbelievable. That drive and determination is appreciated by the entire J&J Auto Racing team here in Tennessee. On behalf of Bonnie, our team at the shop and myself I’d like to congratulate all 114 of our first half of the season winners. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings.”

Since June 22, J&J Auto Racing drivers have scored victories in 14 racing series and divisions, including the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association (NOSA), Great Lakes Sprint Series/NRA Sprint Invaders (GLSS/NRA) series, Midwest Open Wheel Association (MOWA), American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) National and Southern Outlaw Sprints (SOS) divisions, World of Outlaws (WoO) Craftsman Sprint Car Series, Patriot Sprint Tour (PST) series, Plymouth Dirt Track Racing (PDTR) series, IMCA Racesaver division, 360ci weekly division, Empire Super Sprint (ESS) series, New Mexico Motor Racing Association (NMMRA), 410ci weekly division and the United Sprint Car Series (USCS).

Dustin Adams was selected as the winner of the June #WinWithJ&J Twitter photo contest this week, as J&J Auto Racing selected his tagged photo from the collection. Earlier this season, J&J Auto Racing announced a Twitter contest open to both race teams competing under the brand’s banner as well as the public. For a chance to win a free J&J Auto Racing T-shirt, entrants must follow the brand on Twitter @JJ_Auto_Racing and post an appropriate racing-related image with J&J Auto Racing’s Twitter account tagged and using the hashtag #WinWithJ&J within the post.

A winner from tagged photos will be selected monthly and announced via J&J Auto Racing’s social media pages. All those submitting photos agree to allow J&J Auto Racing usage rights with photo credit. The contest will run through December 31, 2017. Monthly winners will be selected the last day of each month and announced accordingly.
